Oracle Micros hardware, including workstations and tablets, running the latest versions of Simphony Point of Sale and Reporting & Analytics, processed over 19,000 transactions in the first two hours. The solution was deployed across four venues – Venue 114, Caloundra Indoor Stadium, Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Art Gallery. The solution we developed involved Simphony, Inventory as well as reporting. The solution involved a range of Oracle workstations, tablets and printers.

The company was founded by brothers Mark and David Norris back in 1992 in their parents’ garage. The business started with letter box drops around local areas advertising educational software. David had a background in technology having worked for companies such as Westpac and IBM; while Mark had a background in teaching having been a primary school teacher.
The business quickly grew and branched out into a Hospitality division through a partnership with Oracle. We credited this growth to our belief to: provide a high level of service to small and mid-level businesses.
